Ari Pratiwi is a child and family psychologist, academic, and researcher whose work focuses on parenting- particularly fatherhood, child development, family studies, disability, and mental health in general. Ari earned her psychology degree from Universitas Airlangga, completed her professional master degree in child clinical psychology at Universitas Indonesia, and obtained her doctorate degree from The University of Queensland through an LPDP scholarship. Alongside teaching and research, Ari actively promotes family literacy through popular writings and children’s books, while also practicing as a psychologist using family therapy and play therapy approaches.
