Based on the contents of the graduate user satisfaction survey, in general, graduate users assess that alumni of the psychology study program have competencies that are in accordance with the needs of the organization and have superior quality. In addition, alumni who have worked are considered to have good ethics, knowledge, and foreign language skills. Expectations from graduate users for the Psychology study program at Brawijaya University include the following soft skill and technical competence. On the aspect of soft skill, Graduate users expect alumni to have the ability for emotional management, self-recognition, loyalty, time management, initiative, critical thinking, adaptability, and self-development. While in the aspect of technical competence, alumni are expected to have insights related to the latest technology, test administration, and business-related knowledge. The expectations of graduate users are relevant to the majority of alumni who work in industry and organizations that require business-related knowledge to work more optimally. Any suggestions from graduate users received by the Psychology study program through the Graduate User Satisfaction Survey then become useful input to develop the Psychology study program so that it not only graduates students but also produces graduates who are in accordance with the needs of the Business World Industry.

Meanwhile, from the curriculum workshop activities, according to alumni of Psychology Universitas Brawijaya who have worked, they provide input that it is necessary to improve several competencies such as communication skills, foreign languages, the use of technology for statistical data analysis, the ability to work together, negotiate, project management, and study current issues that are multidisciplinary.
