GRADUATION REGISTRATION INFORMATION

- Please check the following link: https://fisip.ub.ac.id/service/layanan-akademik/sarjana/pendaftaran-wisudasarjana/ . After that, please check the “EVENT NEWS” sent in the email after submitting the form. Complete the requirements according to the “EVENT NEWS” guidelines. - Upload all graduation requirement documents in SIAM as well.
- Collection requirements photo of diploma as much as 3 sheets Uk. 3x4 dark blue BG unframed and using photo paper printed at a photo studio, it is “not recommended” to print photos at a print shop even if using photo paper because the results are different. Diploma photos can be collected to the academic department of FISIP UB, Lt.6 Gd C. If your location is far from the campus, it can be sent via expedition / courier.
- All must be complete and correct, both hard documents collected in the academic department and uploaded documents, if incomplete it will not get a queue plotting and SIAM is not validated..
Note: for filling in the email, make sure not to use the “student” email, fearing that when it is set to pass the email is no longer active, so we recommend filling in a regular email when filling out the form.
