Attitude (S)

S1. Pious to God Almighty and able to demonstrate a religious attitude.

S2. Uphold human values in carrying out duties based on religion, morals and ethics.

S3. Contributing to improving the quality of life in society, nation, state, and civilization based on Pancasila.

S4. Play a role as a citizen who is proud and loves the country, has nationalism and a sense of responsibility to the state and nation.

S5. Respect the diversity of cultures, views, religions and beliefs, as well as the original opinions or findings of others.

S6. Cooperate and have social sensitivity and concern for society and the environment.

General Skills (KU)

KU1. Able to apply logical, critical, systematic, and innovative thinking in the context of developing or implementing science and technology that pays attention to and applies humanities values in accordance with their field of expertise.

KU2. Able to demonstrate independent, quality, and measurable performance.

KU3. Able to examine the implications of the development or implementation of science and technology that pay attention to and apply humanities values in accordance with their expertise based on scientific rules, procedures and ethics in order to produce solutions, ideas, designs or art criticism.

KU4. Able to compile a scientific description of the results of the study above in the form of a thesis or final project report, and upload it on the college website.

KU5. Able to make appropriate decisions in the context of problem solving in their field of expertise, based on the results of information and data analysis.

KU6. Able to maintain and develop work networks with supervisors, colleagues, peers both within and outside their institutions.

KU7. Able to be responsible for the achievement of group work results and supervise and evaluate the completion of work assigned to workers under their responsibility.

KU8. Able to conduct a self-evaluation process of the work group under his/her responsibility, and able to manage learning independently.

KU9. Able to document, store, secure, and retrieve data to ensure validity and prevent plagiarism.

Special Skills (KK)

KK1. Mampu melakukan interview, observasi, tes psikologi yang diperbolehkan sesuai dengan prinsip psikodiagnostik dan Kode Etik Psikologi Indonesia.

KK2. Mampu mengembangkan instrumen pengukuran psikologi berlandaskan pada kaidah-kaidah teori tes klasik.

KK3. Mampu menganalisis persoalan psikologis nonklinis dan persoalan perilaku, serta menyajikan alternatif pemecahan masalahnya yang sudah ada.

KK4. Mampu melakukan intervensi psikologi dengan menggunakan konseling, psikoedukasi, pelatihan, dan teknik intervensi lain yang diperbolehkan dengan mendasarkan diri pada konsep teoretis dalam psikologi dan Kode Etik Psikologi Indonesia.

KK5. Mampu melakukan rapport dan membangun hubungan profesional yang efektif serta membangun hubungan interpersonal yang sehat.

KK6. Mampu menyampaikan gagasan secara tertulis, menampilkan presentasi secara efektif, dan menggunakan teknologi informasi secara bertanggungjawab.

KK7. Mampu melakukan penelitian psikologi dengan metodologi penelitian kuantitatif (minimal dengan analisis statistika deskriptif atau inferensial bivariate, serta non-parametrik untuk observed variable), dan dengan metodologi penelitian kualitatif generik.

KK8. Mampu merencanakan dan mengembangan karier dan pengembangan dirinya sendiri (career and personal development).

KK9. Mampu mempertanggungjawabkan hasil kerja berdasarkan Kode Etik Psikologi Indonesia.

Pengetahuan (P)

P1. Menguasai konsep teoretis utama (major concepts) tentang proses dan fungsi mental manusia (seperti memori, emosi, dan motivasi), serta sejarah dan aliran-aliran dalam psikologi.

P2. Menguasai konsep teoretis tentang pengaruh otak dan sistem saraf terhadap perilaku.

P3. Menguasai konsep teoretis tentang proses belajar.

P4. Menguasai teori-teori kepribadian.

P5. Menguasai konsep teoretis tentang perkembangan manusia dari konsepsi sampai usia lanjut.

P6. Menguasai konsep teoretis tentang kesehatan mental dan psikopatologi.

P7. Menguasai konsep teoretis hubungan manusia dengan lingkungan sosialnya.

P8. Menguasai konsep dan teori-teori dasar dalam Psikologi Industri dan Organisasi.

P9. Menguasai teknik-teknik statistika dasar dan metodologi penelitian dasar.

P10. Menguasai tahapan penyusunan skala psikologi, konsep-konsep dalam pengukuran psikologis (validitas, reliabilitas, norma), teori tes klasik, dan konsep dasar dalam psikometri.

P11. Menguasai konsep dasar dan prinsip-prinsip psikodiagnostik, dan teknik interview, teknik observasi, serta konsep teoretis yang mendasari tes psikologi.

P12. Menguasai dasar-dasar konseling, psikoedukasi, pelatihan, dan psikoterapi.

P13. Menguasai konsep teoretik komunikasi antar pribadi dan komunikasi massa.

P14. Menguasai prinsip-prinsip pendekatan komunitas dalam mengupayakan peningkatan kesehatan mental.

P15. Menguasai tata cara penulisan ilmiah dengan standar American Psychological Association (APA).
